If the application has not been determined then you can use the 'Comment on Application' button to make representations on the proposal. These comments will be forwarded to the Case Officer. For details of how to comment please see our web page, Commenting on a Planning Application.
You are also able to speak at the Development Control Committee either in support of or against an application when it is being considered by members. This allows you to participate fully in the decision process.
